One of sterling silver rings I bought broke within an hour of buying it but I called and the man on the phone was delightful and not at all irritable about the fact that I needed to return broken (without a receipt). He said that they would return anything that I wasn't satisfied with, and was so apologetic about the broken ring. I'm probably going to buy more jewlery while I'm there because it's literally so cute! Can't say enough good things about this store!
